Until today, my favorite base jumper was XXX. Yep, it was a fictional character played by Vin Diesel. I can't say that I really follow the Pro Base Jumping circuit though, so I haven't seen a whole lot of footage of jumps. This guy should immediately go to the top of anyone's list of favorite extreme athletes. Let's start of by pointing out that he is clearly drunk, probably not the best time to jump off a bridge. Then he gets caught red handed, but hadn't actually broken the law yet. There was still plenty of time to back track, maybe pay a fine for the attempt, and head back home disappointed. Instead, he makes the jump and undoubtedly goes directly to jail. Obviously his camera man wasn't smart enough to delete the video to at least give the guy a shot in court. I salute you drunk jumper, you are a tremendous human being.
