The Captain Morgan Workout
There are a million different exercise plans out there, and all of them are way too complicated. Just to name a couple, there's Tae Bo, the Shake Weight, Zumba, Kangoo, Pilates, the Bar Method, hot yoga, warm yoga, power yoga, yoga yoga, and Kanye's workout plan. Finally there is a comprehensive program that works your entire body with just one movement. This ground breaking new plan is sure to swiffer the nation in no time. I know I've already started, and the ladies have been lining up ever since.
