I've always argued that baseball is easily the most boring major sport on earth. When push comes to shove in defense of soccer, I'll even argue that NFL football is boring. According to the Wall Street Journal, the average baseball game has 14 minutes of action and football has 11. Now if you have any concept of time, you know that each of those games typically lasts around 3 hours. That's a whole lot of nothingness going on.(NHL FTW!) Don't break out the guillotine though, I still love watching football....I just like to argue. I won't backtrack on baseball though, that is boring as hell. I love going to games, but wouldn't be caught dead watching one on TV unless it's my team in the playoffs. Just watching a random game though? Not a chance.
